“Where is my order?”
answered before you open it
TaskBees spots order-status emails, looks the order up in ShipStation or Shippo, and drafts a reply with the real carrier, tracking number, and status — ready for your one-click approval.
The most repetitive ticket in e-commerce
Order-status questions are the single most common thing customers email about — and the answer is already sitting in your shipping tool.
The same answer, 40 times a week
Open the email, find the order, switch to your shipping tool, copy the tracking number, write the reply, send. Repeat until your afternoon is gone.
Slow answers create more email
A customer who waits two days for a tracking update does not wait quietly — they follow up, and one ticket quietly becomes three.
Orders ship on your schedule, questions do not
The messages arrive at 2am, on weekends, over holidays. Nobody is staffing an inbox around the clock at your size.
From question to sent reply
The email arrives
A customer asks where their order is, in your normal Gmail or Outlook inbox. Nothing changes for them.
TaskBees finds the order
It recognizes an order-status question and looks the order up in ShipStation or Shippo — by order number, or by the sender address.
The draft writes itself
Carrier, tracking number, current status, and delivery estimate go into a reply written in your voice, using your own shipping and returns policies.
You approve
Review it, edit if you want, send. The whole thing takes seconds instead of minutes — and nothing goes out without you.
Real data, or it asks
A confidently wrong tracking answer is worse than no answer. TaskBees drafts from verified order data pulled at the moment of the reply — and when it cannot identify the order with confidence, it asks the customer to confirm instead of guessing. Every draft shows you the sources it used.
WISMO questions, answered
What does WISMO mean?
WISMO stands for "Where Is My Order?" — the catch-all term for any customer message asking about the status, location, or delivery date of an order they have already placed. It is the most repetitive category of e-commerce support, and the most automatable, because the answer lives in data you already have.
How does TaskBees know which order the customer means?
It matches on the order number when the customer gives one, and falls back to the sender address otherwise. When ownership is ambiguous, TaskBees asks the customer to confirm instead of guessing — it will never show one customer another customer's order details.
Does it send replies to customers automatically?
Not by default. Every draft waits for your approval. Autopilot is an optional setting that has to be earned per ticket type — the AI has to demonstrate a sustained track record of replies you sent unedited before it can send that type on its own, and you can switch it off at any time.
Which shipping providers does it work with?
ShipStation and Shippo today, with a provider-agnostic framework underneath so more can be added. Shopify support is coming soon.
What if the tracking data is stale or the shipment is stuck?
TaskBees flags delayed, stalled, missing-tracking, and returned-to-sender shipments against your own thresholds. Those tickets get surfaced for a human rather than papered over with a cheerful auto-reply.
Do I need to move off Gmail or Outlook?
No. TaskBees works inside the inbox you already use. Customers keep emailing the same address, and approved replies send from that same address.
