AI support drafts for your Outlook and Microsoft 365 inbox

Connect Outlook or Microsoft 365 with secure OAuth. TaskBees reads incoming customer email, drafts replies using your knowledge base and order data, and sends approved replies from your own address.

What TaskBees does with Outlook

โ—†

Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com

Connect through Microsoft sign-in. Works with the mailbox you already run support from โ€” no forwarding, no new address, no migration.

โ—†

Approved replies send as you

Replies go out from your own Outlook address after you approve them, threaded into the original conversation.

โ—†

Confirmed delivery, even when Outlook lags

TaskBees checks your Sent Items to confirm each reply actually sent. Because Outlook can take a while to show sent mail, it retries on a schedule rather than reporting a false failure.

โ—†

Revoke access anytime

Standard OAuth. Disconnect in TaskBees or revoke from your Microsoft account whenever you like.

Questions about Outlook

Does this work with Microsoft 365 business accounts?

Yes. TaskBees connects through Microsoft Graph, which covers both Microsoft 365 business mailboxes and personal Outlook.com accounts.

Why does a reply sometimes show as Sent before it shows as Confirmed?

Sent means TaskBees handed the message to Outlook. Confirmed means it verified the message in your Sent Items afterward. Outlook can take a few minutes to make sent mail visible, so the confirmation lands slightly later. Neither label claims the customer has opened it.
